American Crypto Traders ("ACT Signals") provides trading signal ideas delivered via Telegram. Signals include entry price, take profit targets, stop loss levels, leverage recommendations, and TradingView chart snapshots for cryptocurrency, tokenized stocks, and precious metals markets.

ACT Signals is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. All signals, trade ideas, educational content, and market analysis provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our Telegram channels constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

You understand and acknowledge that:

1. Trading cryptocurrency, stocks, and commodities involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire invested capital.

4. Limitation of Liability

By subscribing to any ACT Signals service, you agree that you do not hold American Crypto Traders, its owners, operators, affiliates, team members, or any associated parties liable for any financial loss, damages, or negative impact to your portfolio resulting from:

• Following or acting upon any signals or trade ideas
• Use of any content, tools, or educational materials provided
• Technical failures, delayed signals, or service interruptions
• Losses from exchange-related issues (slippage, liquidation, outages)
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You are making your own independent trading decisions at all times. ACT Signals provides ideas — you decide whether and how to act on them.

5. Subscription & Payments

All payments are processed in USDT or Bitcoin. Subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted to the premium Telegram channel. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, screenshot for distribution, or share signals from premium channels. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund. All signal content is proprietary to American Crypto Traders.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using our services you consent to this jurisdiction.
